refunds and exchanges:

we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase at anica. for online customers we offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on all items that are not worn, washed or altered. in order to obtain a refund or exchange, all original tags must be on returned item, no exceptions. all items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase in order to receive the refund or exchange. for in store customers we offer store credit and exchanges only on all items not worn, washed or altered within 7 days from the day you purchased it. please note: we do not offer refunds for in store customers.

price adjustment: if an item that you have bought from anica has recently been put on sale, you have 10 days from date of purchase to receive a credit for the difference.

defective merchandise: if you feel that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us within 3 days from date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. in the rare event that your merchandise was damaged during transit, please keep all packing material and contact us immediately so that we can notify the carrier.

sale items: sale items may be exchanged or refunded. you must return the merchandise within 7 days from date of purchase. please email info@anicaboutique.com when you have sent the item back so we can look out for your package. all clearance items marked down 20-40% can be exchanged only for a different item or store credit. items marked down 50% or more are a final purchase.

please fill out the “return & exchange” form that was included with your purchase and include it with your return. you can also print out the form below, fill it out and include it with your return or exchange. make sure to send the packages via special carrier that requires recipient’s signature upon delivery. send to:

we do not offer refunds on shipping costs should you decide to return merchandise. however, if you are exchanging the merchandise, we will pay for shipping costs to send the new order out to you.

refunds: please allow 10 days to process your refund. you will receive an email once your card has been credited.

exchanges: please allow 1 week to process and receive your new order from the day we have received the merchandise back from you.

gift cards:
if you paid with a gift card, you will receive a gift card in return for the amount of the refund.
